During my recent stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and facilities provided by the hotel, which far exceeded my high expectations. The staff was remarkably accommodating; they even allowed me to drop off my luggage before check-in, enabling me to enjoy my day without the burden of carrying it around. I particularly appreciated the spacious sitting area in my room, which offered a comfortable space to unwind after exploring the nearby attractions. The electric kettle was a delightful touch, allowing me to enjoy a cozy cup of tea, reminiscent of my treasured evenings spent in London. the hotel's prime location near Hyde Park and various dining options, such as San Marco Ristorante & Pizzeria and ASK Italian, made it a perfect base for exploration. My experience was outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking both comfort and convenience in London.
